12 Month Limited Warranty – Manufacturer Defects

Trailer Axle Store offers a limited warranty for manufacturer defects on the following components, subject to the original manufacturer's warranty policies:

Warranty Coverage

This warranty covers the following components against manufacturer defects:

  • Axle Tube: Material defects or structural failures.
  • Spindles: Defects in machining or material failures.
  • Brakes: Material defects or structural failures.

Warranty Period

This warranty is valid for 12 months from the original date of purchase and applies only to defects in materials and workmanship.

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by improper installation, overloading, or lack of maintenance.
  • Wear and tear, rust, corrosion, or cosmetic imperfections.
  • Damage resulting from accidents, impact, or unauthorized modifications.
  • Bearings, hubs, seals, or any other non-welded components.
  • Brake wear and tear or misadjustment.

How to File a Warranty Claim

  1. Claims for manufacturer defects must be submitted to Trailer Axle Store, and we will assist in facilitating the claim with the original manufacturer.
  2. Contact Trailer Axle Store at service@traileraxlestore.com with your order number and a detailed description of the issue.
  3. Provide clear photos showing the defect.
  4. The final decision regarding warranty approval and coverage will be made by the manufacturer. Trailer Axle Store does not assume liability for denied claims.
  5. If the claim is approved by the manufacturer, we will provide repair, replacement, or refund options as determined by the manufacturer’s policy.
  6. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the defect is verified and approved by the manufacturer.
