Overall rating: 4.8 / 5 from 298 reviews.
Missing a logout from the packaging, but otherwise good product and easy ordering
Very happy with the outcome. My only wish were to be able to contact by phone as well, but very happy.
Fit perfectly! It was kinda an odd size. Very Happy!!
Fit perfect and seems like a quality part. I would give 5 stars but it took a little longer than I anticipated based on their website timeline. I am going to order the back axle also. John
I was a little worried at first because some of the reviews mentioned that there was not good customer service response. However, I found customer service to respond very quickly to my emails. The package was delayed by UPS, no fault of traileraxlestore and customer service responded to all my questions quickly and professionally. The axle quality was great. The spring seats were welded to my spec exactly. Can't believe how quickly they were able to complete it as well. Very happy, thank you TrailerAxleStore
Perfect fit. Great price. I highly recommend this company.
Perfect so far…. exactly what I ordered, the only problem I had was I couldn’t track shipment, other than that everything is good, hauled down the road, empty, it did great, haven’t put a load on it yet, but it should be fine.
Just easy. Website was easy to use and find what you are looking for in an axle replacement. Leaf spring some welded on to specs and can get hubs pre-installed on the axle. Just install on trailer and ready to go. Just easy. Thanks
Axles were perfect would recommend buying from them again
Just what I wanted for my little trailer!
Finally got the time to install the axle. Perfect fit. The trailer pulls down the road great. Dust caps were a little banged up when we took the bubble wrap off, but they work. Thanks. I would strongly recommend you!
I wanted to reach out and share my positive experience with your company. After searching for a long time and even trying other brands that I ultimately had to return because they did not fit my trailer, I finally found your store. Your instructions were very clear, and the axles I received were exactly what I was looking for. They fit perfectly. Thank you for providing a great product.
thanks exellent work
Bought it to replace bent trailer axle. Ordering was easy and fast turn around. Very happy with new axle and would recommend buying from Trailer Axle Store.
Fit perfect. Easy instal.
Perfect fit for my project. Qualiy product, althouugh you cant see it in the photo. Thanks again for the fast turn around amd size matching. Will purchase again!
Axle fit like glove. Easy install with a friend. Lowered the boat trailer to allow for easier launch and retrieval.
I must be honest. When I first placed the order I forgot to print the receipt. When I looked up business next day there was no way to contact them via phone and when I looked up there llc it took me to another trailer place in Michigan. I contacted them and they told me I got scammed. So of course I started to freak out. I had emailed them four or five times over the weekend and did not receive a response. However Monday Leo contacted me and told me everything was fine and my product was being processed and shipped. He sent me a new invoice and tracking info. He also educated me on the hubs and got me set up with parts I needed that I didn’t know I needed. The axle and bearings showed up right on time and appear to be great quality. I can not say enough these guys are actually awesome. Leo was so helpful and the parts are great. Their prices are the best. They do what they say they will. So I’ll end this review with a thank you to everyone at the trailer axle store. Thank you. 🙏
It is what I needed
I was hesitant at first as was leaving on a trip with my travel trailer in three weeks from purchase date but decided to purchase two of the 4" drop 3500lb trailer axle with full brake/hub assembly as the cost and time to take to a shop seemed unreasonable to me and not fit my timing need. Instructions to take measurements were very good and easy input of these into their ordering interface and then click to purchase. Arrived in time for me to install and were a perfect fit. By installing myself I saved around $1200 of shop labor and then 2-3 hrs to get trailer to and from. Install was relatively easy for 2 axles around 6 hrs and no issues. I will buy from them again if ever need an axle. Great priduct and customer service (only email which was fine) and highly recommend, especially if want to save money and have little time to do it yourself.
Axle measurements were perfect fit and is made of great quality. No issues whatsoever to install on my trailer and took me under an hour to install. Highly recommend.
Easy install.
Great bolt-on upgrade. Fast Service. Correct fit.
Fit like a glove. Already put 1500 mies on it, seems to work as it should
Just what we ordered and fit perfectly. Would like to of had the hubs protected better for shipment- they did take some dings on the way here…
Everything fit perfectly, very pleased with the quality and workmanship. I would definitely buy from them again!
