Minimum Spring Center (No Brakes): 75" - 13" = 62" spring center
Minimum Spring Center (With Brakes): 75" - 13" = 62" spring center
Maximum Spring Center: 75" - 18" = 57" spring center
For a 75" hub face, the recommended spring center range is between 57" and 62", the same with or without brakes.
